The 4 pillars
The 4 Pillars revealed themselves to Kiki & myself (Gaea) over the course of hosting retreats together for years. We sought potent themes to conceptualize what embodies the communities that create enlivened from our retreats. These help guide us and participants to become deeper and stay aligned with a vision - while flowing and growing - to core values that mean so much in revolutionizing the world which we wish to see.

Belonging
I keep myself and my community safe with my actions and intentions.
You belong here. When you said YES to the fire in any capacity, you belong with the Ignite Fire Keepers. You only need to BE.
You are welcome here in your fullness of yourself. In your unique expressions of YOU, with all your imperfect perfections, and your desire to grow & impact the world around you by delving into self-transformation for illumination. In this, we hold each other accountable to be our best expressions of our highest self in community.
Belonging is a concept of depth. Belonging resonates to how we belong to both ourselves & the planet. Here we embody what it can feel like to become one with the present moment; alive, awake, aware, exploring what it means to Take Up Space without Taking Over the Space. Allow spaciousness for all humans to explore, expand, and express. No one is more important than another here, and we dance that into being collectively.
Authenticity
I express myself authentically and encourage others to do the same.
Authenticity is found when we strip down to the core of our unique expressions, casting off costumes and masks that don’t reflect who we truly are. Some adornments intentionally amplify who we are, others cover it up so we may attempt to belong to ‘fit in’. Where and when do you feel the difference?
Knowing your authentic self is a journey to the center, one that continues dynamically, just as the universe spirals and changes. Follow your pleasure—your compass needle–toward that which truly turns you on. This internal guidance points deep beneath the layers to where your roots anchor the soul of your being.
Your authenticity matters. It’s the catalyst of change in this world, inside and out.
Aligned Intention
I live artfully and align myself with my highest purpose.
Viewing our lives as a work of art brings a mindset of being the creator of our universe into the forefront of our energetic exchanges. A spark of creativity can transform the world around us into a way we feel connected to engage and create with our surroundings. No longer passive, we are active creators in our universe.
When we align our actions, thoughts, and energy towards an intention we can manifest a new reality - this is a sweet law of the universe, a courageous release towards co-creating what we desire in this world.
Oneness
I honor others as a sacred reflection of myself.
Oneness is deep knowing that “all is”, and all is the same. Universal matter organizes into forms that vary in appearance and frequency - uniquenesses that express a varied richness for life. Appearances of human, plant, animal, mineral, planet create delineations in form, function, and consciousness - yet together rhythmically pulsing to create a largeness of ‘being’. Not a singular, but a collective being. A oneness.
